  • Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

General Bonus Policy

  • Bonuses are for eligible members only and dd9999 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
  • If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity, the account may be suspended.
  • A new bonus will not be activated until the wagering requirement of an existing bonus has been met.
  • Bonus funds are not transferable between individuals.

Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account, please inform our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses, subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn.

If an account is suspended or closed, any unfulfilled bonuses and wagering requirements will be considered void.

Limitation of Liability
